It was overall an OK experience with a few points for improvement to be highlighted: 1- During the breakfast service the tea serving was of poor quality 2- The serving of lunch (set lunch) was delayed considerably and the quality of the food was BAD 3- The responsible for the Meeting Room Midilli (Mr Morgök) was not friendly and welcoming especacially during our preparation for the meeting. He was only talking about the restrictions and what we can not do rather than tgrying to provide help. 4- On last day the vallet service was poor that we had to wait for 15 mins under the rain where other cars were served within 1-2 minutes. Nobody made an explanation although I asked it for several times. The driver who brought the car escaped immediately... Honestly speaking we were expecting a better focus on details than what we experienced.
